Okay, all of you single ladies out there……and not so single ladies. It’s time to take yourself on a date (sorry fellas)! 🙂
Make Some Alone Time and Take Yourself on a Date
We as women spend so much time caring for others, whether it be our spouse, kids, grandkids, parents or employers, that it is time to stop playing tug-of-war and start taking care of the most important person. Ourselves! We have to start setting time aside for us. Whether it be a few hours, a day or even a week, set time aside and take yourself on a date. Alone!

It is so important for us women to take some time out of our busy lives and focus on us. It doesn’t have to cost a fortune (we will keep that for our travels), as long as you carve out some time to spend pampering yourself. If we don’t take care of ourselves, we sure as heck won’t be any good to anybody else.
“Nurture yourself, and then proceed in taking care of others”
I know that this might be a completely new concept to many of you. I fact, I bet most of you might not even know where to begin. I am a seasoned pro and I have you covered!

Solo Date Ideas
Whether you are single or married and especially if you have children, it is imperative for our mental health that we make some “me” time, and what better way to do that than to take yourself on a date.
The date doesn’t have to cost a lot of money, in fact some of my best “dates” haven’t cost me a dime. The idea is to just get out and do somenthing that YOU enjoy, or if you prefer, you can even take yourself on a date while staying at home.
