Cobblestone Public House
Paris, Ontario, Canada

My recent visit to Cobblestone’s for lunch was a very pleasant surprise!  It has now become my new favorite restaurant for pub fare.  The minute that I stepped foot inside the door, I was in love.  The vibe was fun, full of energy and had a very casual and comfortable feel to it.

The hostess and wait staff were all incredibly friendly, fast and efficient.  We didn’t have to wait for our menu, our drinks, our food or our bill, but at no time did we feel rushed.

The menu had something for everyone, from soup and salad to burgers, sandwiches, pasta, and shrimp, all at a reasonable price.  We had the rueben and caesar salad and what was called the french connection, which consisted of french only soup, caesar salad and garlic bread.   mmmmmmm…..was it ever good!

The only caution that I would give when recommending Cobblestone’s is that it didn’t appear to me to be extremely accessible for those who may have wheelchairs or walkers.  I have been very aware of this lately, as I take my disabled father out frequently.  Other than that, I would highly recommend Cobblestone’s to anyone who is looking for a relaxing laid back atmosphere.
