Another Summer has come and gone and the cold weather will soon be ascending upon Canada. Any Canadian will tell you that Canada becomes a Winter paradise during the months of November through to the end of March, and often into April. This is the perfect time of year to explore the Winter wonderland of Ontario.
Fall has finally arrived! The most beautiful time of the year! It is also the weekend and the perfect time to get out into the forest and do a little bit of forest bathing. That’s what I am going to be doing this weekend!

What better place to spend a weekend than in Banff, Alberta, Canada? Is two days enough time to see the Rocky Mountains? It was literally heaven on earth and two days just wasn’t enough time! So the answer is NO, but since two days was was all that I had, I was determined to experience as much as I could.
There has been a sudden rise in the solo travel industry in recent years, especially among women. Whether you are single or married, I highly recommend taking that solo trip, at least once in your lifetime. Women especially need that time to decompress, refocus, re-energize and just simply let loose. Yes, I can guarantee that you will experience some good, some bad, and some ugly, but don’t let that stop you!
