The resort corridor is the area which connects Cabo San Lucas and San Jose del Cabo, and where you’ll find the majority of the all-inclusive resorts. This is the area that I opted to stay as it made it easy to visit both Cabo San Lucas and San Jose del Cabo.

The resorts along the corridor offer peaceful beachside stays with more resort amenities. It’s a great compromise between the two destinations. I personally felt the safest staying in this area and I didn’t regret it.

When I landed in Los Cabos, I was immediately struck by how polished and touristy it felt. I didn’t expect that at all, so I was pleasantly surprised. The airport was organized, transportation was straightforward, and English was widely spoken. As a solo traveller, that alone gave me peace of mind and I began to relax.

I stayed in a resort along the resort corridor and avoided arriving late at night, which helped me feel comfortable right from the start. The overall vibe felt more relaxed with no chaos. I immediately felt safe travelling to Los Cabos as soon as I arrived.
