When planning my recent solo road trip to Oxford County, I was looking for accommodations that would be central amoung the various communities throughout Oxford County. I was seeking accomodations that was cozy and where I felt at home, so large chain hotels were out of the question. In addition, I’m always looking to support small businesses when I’m travelling. I was also seeking a self-contained spot so that I didn’t have to get “dressed up” at meal-time. When I stumbled upon the Lofts at One|Four|Seven, I knew it was exactly what I was looking for. It ticked off all the boxes:

Located in the heart of Ingersoll, The Lofts at One|Four|Seven are ideally situated for easy access to local dining, entertainment, and shopping. With just a short walk, you can be at your favorite coffee shops, restaurants, or stores.
For visitors looking to explore the area outside of Ingersoll such as the Oxford County Cheese Trail, major routes are conveniently located nearby. The Lofts at One|Four|Seven are centrally located to nearby towns located in Oxford County.
Guest Parking At The Lofts At One|Four|Seven
Parking is included at The Lofts At One|Four|Seven. When arriving, park on the main street in front of Dwell Urban Boutique to unload your belongings.
Parking on the main street is free during the weekend and evenings, however, if you’re visiting during the week days, contact Lisa (the owner) who will show you where to park during your stay. It is a 30 second walk from the entrance to the unit.
Access Into The Lofts At One|Four|Seven
The Lofts at One|Four|Seven is situated above Dwell Urban Boutique, which is owned by Lisa, the same owner as the Lofts.
Access into the loft is self check-in and is reached from the front of Dwell Urban Boutique. Approximately 1 hour prior to check-in, you will receive an access code which will allow you access to the unit.
A Tour Inside The Lofts At One|Four|Seven
Once inside the 500 square foot studio suite, you’ll find soaring 12-foot ceilings, large windows that let in plenty of natural light, and state-of-the-art finishes. The modern kitchen comes equipped with top-of-the-line appliances, quartz countertops, and spacious cabinetry. The bathroom features high-end fixtures, with a large shower. The suite also comes equipped with an electric fireplace which is perfect to take the chill off on cool, damp nights.
Access To Outdoor Space During Your Stay at the Lofts at One|Four|Seven
Guests of The Lofts at One|Four|Seven also have access to the private outdoor space and barbeque, if it’s not being used by the owners, who also live on site. Before using the space, it’s necessary to reserve a time, as the owners also use this space.
JUST ONE TIP: There is a steep flight of stairs leading up to the suite, making it non-suitable for wheelchairs

As previously stated, the Lofts at One|Four|Seven is a self-contained unit, which provides guests with all of the amenities of home, including:
